Chef Keith Farrell

Meet Keith Farrell, the Executive Chef at The Sportsman's Inn Resort & Marina. With over 25 years of experience, Chef Farrell has built an impressive career working at some of Canada’s finest restaurants and resorts. Trained in French and Italian cuisine, Chef Farrell is known for his energy, keen eye for detail and dedication to ensuring each guest enjoys a perfect dining experience.

In addition to his extensive experience in the hospitality industry (Rocky Crest Golf Resort, Muskoka Sands Resort and Delta Grandview Resort to name a few), Chef Farrell also has a passion for entrepreneurship. Over the course of his career he has opened three restaurants in Ontario and Quebec (notably Cafe Vaudeville in Montreal and Rebecca's Fine Dining in Port Carling) and has worked extensively as a private caterer to cottagers in Muskoka.

Dining at the Sportsman’s Inn is an experience that extends beyond delicious food. Many of our guests highlight our varying dining options and their associated experiences as some of the most memorable moments during their stay. Our casual dining destination, The Anchorage provides an intimate experience characterized by exceptional cuisine, dutiful service and elegant ambiance. Adorned with historical touches and nautical flair, The Anchorage exudes sophistication. Popular gourmet fare includes masterfully prepared, "caught that morning" white fish, supple seared beef, and bright country salads crafted with only the freshest ingredients. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, The Anchorage is the Inn's flagstone restaurant, providing guests with a luxurious atmosphere and exquisite dishes all day long.

Killarney's local watering hole, Sporto's Bar & Grill is a bustling, inviting pub with an unwavering commitment to serving up happiness. Whether you're looking to sip a cold beer on the dockside patio or brush elbows with Village locals in the Pub, Sporto's is the place to be. With a menu full of Canadian comfort favourites and pub classics, there’s something for everybody.
